More Than Just A Student (Tsunade x reader) pt 1

Tsunade x fem!reader

Sorry it's late! I had lost my spiral (which had the story) so here it is hope you enjoy

   You were walking hurriedly to the training grounds feeling a little excited. Usually you weren't like this,but being personally trained by one of the legendary sannin is worth being excited for. 
 As you neared you slowed your pace and held in your excitement by keeping your face stoic

You caught sight of the blonde practicing taijutsu. The way she moved so flawlessly awed you. The perfect angle when she kicked to the firm punch she threw...it was beautiful

"Are you just going to stand there and gawk at me or are you going to train?" Tsunade said when she looked over her shoulder

As you heard her you jumped a little and slightly blush out of embarrassment for being caught

"I-I-i-- a-ah...forgive me sensei" you bowed

"Lets just get this over with" she motioned you over

"First, before we start. How good are you with chakra control."

"I do alright"

She nods

"Alright, concentrate and send chakra to your fist/leg. But there's a challenge since you must concentrate on both:sending chakra to your fist/leg, and fighting. You must learn to do both at the same time. Let's see how you manage."

She got into a battle stance and motioned you to come at her

In a swift movement you were behind her and aimed a punch at her head ,but she ducked and kicked your feet from under you, before you could hit the ground you landed on your hand, flipping to the side. You jumped at her and threw another punch, hitting her arms when she blocked causing her to skid back.
 You narrowed your eyes and jumped back getting into a battle stance, ready to attack until She spoke

"You are more advanced then you give yourself credit for. Now I'm going to fight and not hold back, because no enemy will ever hold back just for a mere child. Once you put on that headband you are counted as a equal, a threat to any opposing village or nation. They won't give you mercy because of your age, gender, or if your scared. For them you are another shinobi in their way. Do you understand!"

You nod

"Good" she got into a fighting stance

"Now let's begin" she charged forward

You groaned from your position on the floor. Finally understanding why she's a sannin

'She wasn't kidding when she said she wasn't holding back'

You sat up slowly wincing as you did

'Ugh, I think I broke something...or rather she broke something.'

A hand in your vision made you look up to see Tsunade smiling at you

"You did good (y/n). A lot better then I expected"

You grabbed her hand and she pulled you up causing you to gasp in pain and double over

Tsunade sighed and knelt down in front of you, placing a hand on your shoulder slowly pushing you to lay down on your back

'Maybe I was a little too hard on you'
She thought picking up your shirt halfway to examine the injuries/bruises. Her eyes widened a fraction, she looked at you but you had your eyes closed panting out of exhaustion and pain

'I don't understand'

(Flashback)

She charged at you and hit you with all her strength in your abdomen causing you to fly back and hit a couple of trees which all bursted into small fragments you finally landed with a heavy thump on the last tree and hit the ground, after a while you Shakily got up, using the tree stump as support 

"Hm I might say I'm impressed. Even a jounin would have been easily defeated with just that hit"

Once fully on your feet you wipe the blood off your lip and smirk

"I won't accept defeat sensei, that is not my ninja way"

Tsunade looked at you in surprise then mirrors your smirk

"We'll just see about that"

Again and again she landed her kicks and punches on you and again it all led to the same result you being thrown horribly to the trees or deep into the ground 

But every time you managed to surprise her by getting up and attacking even in your current state. You've even managed to catch her off guard when you appeared behind her and kicked her on the side. That was your first hit and your last since you collapsed on your back...(which leads you back to the present)

(Flashback end)

She kept staring at your severe bruises all on your abdomen even some cuts here and there until She finally got to healing you

'No one has ever managed to stand up as you have. In fact I'm sure they would've died. I have no doubt you've fractured many ribs and are bleeding internally, and yet you're still conscious...still breathing normally ...you have more potential then I expected. I've chosen the right student. You'd make a very powerful asset for Konoha...or worse a very powerful asset to an enemy'

She heard a groan and looked up ,you looked at her through half-lidded eyes 

"Sensei...I'm hungry"

She chuckles at you and sighs

"Let me heal you first, and I'll treat you for lunch"

You grin at her and fist pumped which you regretted badly 

"You idiot stop moving! You're still not healed!"

You chuckle softly

"Sorry sensei"

Tsunade sighs

'What am I going to do with you'
